Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your 12PM Studios purchase. If your order isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with a few simple guidelines below.


Return Window

We accept returns for eligible U.S. orders only within 14 days of delivery.


Return Eligibility (U.S. Orders Only)

To be eligible for a return:

       Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging

       All original tags, cases, and accessories must be included

       Items must be returned in resellable condition

       Return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order

Final sale items, gift cards, and any product marked non-returnable are not eligible for return.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please initiate a return for your original purchase and place a new order.


Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

       Your refund will be minus the original shipping cost ($8.95 or $24.95)

       The cost of the return shipping label will also be deducted from your refund

       Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process after we receive your return

International Orders

At this time, we do not accept returns for international orders.

All international sales are final. Please review your order carefully before placing it. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery.


Damaged or Incorrect Item?

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team at customercare@12pmstudios.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.
